Dear Business Partners
We are closely monitoring the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, designated COVID-19 by the World Health Organization, and would like to provide a status update on the operation of our worldwide facilities and the status of our ability to deliver.
We work closely with our suppliers to plan and secure current and future deliveries. We are currently able to maintain on-time production and all deliveries. All known delivery channels are functioning and the supply chain continues to be cross-national. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that there may be occasional delays in delivery due to COVID-19. In such a case, we will use the advantages of our strong global thyssenkrupp infrastructure to find alternative procurement opportunities and avoid or reduce production or delivery delays. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely. In case of changes, you will be informed.
To protect our employees and maintaining business operations, we have implemented a pandemic plan in accordance with our Group policies.
As always, our goal is to ensure that your needs are met and that we deliver products without interruption or with minimal delay. If you have any questions, please contact your thyssenkrupp representative at any time.
We thank you for your trust and partnership and are confident that we can meet these challenges together.
Best regards
Your thyssenkrupp Materials Schweiz AG
